Concrete moisture is the single biggest reason flake floor systems delaminate. Most base coats need a separate primer above 4% MC, and most fail outright above 5%. 6150RC is engineered to bond to these slabs that defeat standard epoxy, green concrete, rehab work, ground-floor commercial sites without the need for extra vapour barriers.

Standard base coats need overnight cure before you can reclaim loose flake. 6150RC doesn't. Broadcast flake straight into the wet base, wait 2 hours, and you're scraping back to an even profile the same morning. Topcoat goes down the same afternoon. Full flake system in a single day, no second mobilisation, no overnight condition risk, no two-day labour bill.
6150RC goes down. Broadcast flake immediately into the wet base.
Flaked base coat reaches scrape hardness. Standard epoxy is still hours away.
Reclaim loose flake, scrape to even profile, apply E2U topcoat same day
When 6150RC is used as the base coat in a complete E2U flake system (base, broadcast, and E2U topcoat) the install carries a 10-year adhesion warranty backed by the US manufacturer and held locally by Parkway Commercial Group. One supplier. One warranty document. National stock.
The warranty applies to the system, not the base coat in isolation. Pair 6150RC with a non-approved topcoat and the warranty does not transfer.
Warranty terms6150RC is specified as the base coat in commercial flake systems where moisture, schedule, or substrate condition rule out standard epoxy.
